Under the Scotland Act (1998), policies related to food, fishing, farming and the environment were devolved to the Scottish Parliament, although in practice they were controlled by the EU. Following Brexit, power over these issues will be repatriated to the UK, but it is unknown whether the UK Parliament in Westminster or the Scottish Parliament in Holyrood will end up having power over these issues.
