Scottish Conservative Leader and MP for Moray, Douglas Ross, has said Boris Johnson should not be removed from office despite the Prime Minister's fine for breaking lockdown rules, as Mr Ross said it would be wrong to destabilise the UK Government while the war in Ukraine is ongoing.
