The Conservatives, Labour and Liberal Democrats have said that if Scotland votes NO and remains part of the United Kingdom there will be increased devolution to the Scottish Parliament. If Scotland remains part of the UK, but with increased devolution (so more spending and tax decisions for Scotland would be made by the Scottish Parliament) do you think...Scottish MPs should or should not be able to vote on tax and spending decisions in the House of Commons?
