This website has been designed for us by Storm ID, a digital agency in Edinburgh. The project leader at Storm was Jonathan Joyce, one of the founders of the company. From the inception of the project Jonathan demonstrated an intuitive feel for what we wanted to achieve and how it might be done. Clearly fascinated by the challenge of collating and bringing to life a disparate range of seemingly dry statistics, Jonathan threw his heart and soul into the project. The architecture of the site is very much the result of his creativity and inspiration.
Sadly, Jonathan is not here to see the site unveiled to the general public. His life was tragically cut short last weekend in a swimming accident. All of us ScotCen Social Research extend our condolences to Jonathan’s family and to his colleagues at Storm. We hope they will find the site a fitting tribute to his memory.
